Bethany Hengsbach is Managing Director of Global Corporate Compliance at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (AMI).  Prior to joining AMI, Ms. Hengsbach represented large, multinational corporations and executives in enforcement actions brought by government agencies at both the state and federal level.  In addition, she designed, implemented and monitored global regulatory and compliance programs for clients in a wide range of industries across several subject matters, including anti-bribery and corruption, international trade, financial crimes and unfair trade practices.  She is a nationally recognized anti-bribery and corruption expert and has spent over a decade counseling clients on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and related anti-bribery statutes in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
