Professor Mikhail Reider-Gordon, LL.M., is Managing Director of Institutional Ethics & Integrity at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. She serves as an independent integrity monitor on a wide-range of matters to corporate and public entities under court-order and regulatory settlement agreements. Ms. Gordon’s practice areas of expertise include financial integrity; technology and privacy compliance; ethics and accountability; the public sector and international law. She currently serves as the Bond Program Monitor of the Los Angeles Community College District’s (LACCD) $15 billion Bond Program, laccdbondprogrammonitor.org. Among other matters, she has served as Deputy Monitor of a US Naval Nuclear submarine supplier under a multi-year monitorship, responsible for the oversight of the entity’s compliance with FAR, DFARS regulations including NIST 800-53 & 800-171, ITAR and NAVSEA; led an international performance benchmarking across multilateral development financial institutions; and is one of the leaders of an independent compliance officer function to a Fortune 100 US Telecomm. . . . View Full Bio
