ACFE Call for Speakers

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) recently invited experienced anti-fraud professionals and subject-matter experts to submit proposals to speak at future conferences and webinars. 2017 ACFE Call for Speakers!

Eric Feldman comments on the Yates Memo in National Defense Mag

National Defense Magazine alerted readers: “Ethics Violators May Soon Do Perp Walks”, in response to an article contributed by Eric Feldman, Senior VP and Managing Director, Corporate Ethics and Compliance Programs for Affiliated Monitors, Inc..  In the article, Eric addresses the implications of the Yates Memo (issued by the DOJ in Sep 2015 with steps to strengthen the pursuit of individual corporate wrongdoing) and the challenges that arise for corporate ethics and compliance officers.
