Yashira Zwisler is a Compliance and Monitoring Associate at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (“AMI”), who monitors corporations’ compliance with conditions of settlement agreements and final judgments and participates in proactive corporate ethics and compliance assessments. Ms. Zwisler began her work with AMI while studying at Northeastern Law School; for her first project, she coordinated AMI’s communication with more than 1,000 graduates of a local university who were potentially affected by the fraudulent activity of a financial aid administrator. After graduation, she stayed on with AMI as a Compliance Associate and was a member of a team monitoring a large utility company on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission.

Before returning to AMI in 2021, Ms. Zwisler was a litigation associate in New York with Koster, Brady & Nagler, LLP and Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP.  When Ms. Zwisler moved back to Boston, she joined Peabody & Arnold LLP, where she counseled and defended insurers in coverage disputes, often involving commercial general liability and professional liability policies.  Through Peabody & Arnold, she also participated on an AMI team engaged to monitor the activities of a multi-state nonprofit organization . . .
