The Juncadella Corporate Counsel Group (JCCG) was founded in 1992 by Salvador Juncadella, originally known as the South Florida Group of Regional Counsel. The JCCG is an informal networking group for in-house counsel based in South Florida or whose practices focus primarily on operations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Today, the group boasts membership of over 300 in-house counsel in South Florida and beyond.

Our in-house counsel speakers will discuss the practical realities of building and operationalizing compliance programs, including approaches to addressing diligence, training, and risk management, within the context of Department of Justice and other enforcement authority expectations. Panelists will also address trends in the role that compliance programs play on ESG, building culture and addressing risks beyond regulatory compliance.
