As a Compliance Associate, Deloris Saad works on matters involving corporate settlement agreements with state and federal agencies as well as actions taken by state licensure authorities. Since starting with Affiliated Monitors in March of 2020, Ms. Saad has worked on monitorships of mental health and home health care entities accused of False Claims Act violations and insufficient corporate third-party due diligence. She also coordinates the processing of conflict of interest checks for a university-based research/innovation initiative.

Prior to joining Affiliated Monitors, Ms. Saad managed projects in Lebanon for seven years with the Crisis Response Plan, collaborating with local and international organizations as well as United Nations agencies, to address pressing needs created by an influx of refugees; her work focused on design of monitoring and evaluation programs to ensure compliance with government and international standards of service provision.
