Affiliated Monitors, Inc. Announces Hiring of Maureen L. Cullum
Former Senior Financial Executive of start-ups and corporate organizations in Media, Entertainment and Life Sciences industries to serve as Executive Director, Corporate Monitoring and Compliance Services.
BOSTON, June 20, 2018 – Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (AMI) today announced the hiring of Maureen L. Cullum as Executive Director, Corporate Monitoring and Compliance Services. Cullum was most recently the Senior Vice President, Finance for ICON Media Direct, a leading brand response media agency in the Los Angeles area.
“Maureen brings with her a wealth of experience from start-ups and global organizations, especially with a focus on launching international media joint ventures,” said Vincent L. DiCianni, Esq., President and Founder of AMI. “Her experience and values augment AMI’s growing West Coast presence, as she will be able to leverage her deep industry know-how to build out our healthcare, medical device, technology and communications practices.”

Bringing over 30 years of accounting and financial management experience to AMI, Cullum has served as the CFO or senior financial executive for start-up joint ventures and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in both Europe and the U.S. Most notably, she was the CFO on original management teams for both HBO and NYNEX Yellow Pages in Poland and a Sony and Disney owned movie channel joint venture in The Netherlands & UK, as well as for medical device and cancer diagnostic emerging stage businesses in Colorado and California.
