Susan Dvorak is a Compliance Solutions Manager at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (“AMI”) and a member of the healthcare compliance team. She has expertise in medical board matters, including compliance tracking and investigations, developed while working for the Medical Board of California for seven years as a probation compliance monitor. This work along with other state positions with the California Employment Development Department and the California Health Benefit Exchange has given her insight into both the commonalities and unique aspects of governmental agencies.
