Stephen J. Nemmers, Ph.D., Director of Monitoring Operations, joined Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (AMI) in early 2011.  Dr. Nemmers performs a wide range of services in AMI’s assessment programs for companies across the world.  This includes analysis of corporate data, interviews of key client staff members, leadership of focus groups, and design of large-scale employee questionnaires.  Dr. Nemmers is AMI’s internal Information Security Officer; he designs and manages IT access, including the creation and enforcement of security policies.

In his earlier role as a compliance analyst, Dr. Nemmers developed and managed independent monitoring programs for federal agencies, state regulatory boards, hospitals and other oversight authorities.  He was instrumental in forging relationships with regulatory agencies, such as licensing boards, and the practitioners subject to their oversight.
