During Thursday’s plenary session, attendees will get an inside look at how two companies, along with their legal and compliance teams, faced a government investigation, negotiated settlement, and currently manage post-settlement oversight. The panelists will offer best practices and lessons learned from helping a company react to a government investigation including guiding management and business units through the obstacles faced starting with the initial response all the way through to resolution.
The program includes several informal networking opportunities where you can meet others who face similar day-to-day issues as you do and come up with solutions together.
