Serves as AMI’s Principal Database Specialist and began working for the company in January, 2018.

Julia graduated from the University of St. Petersburg in Russia with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics.

In which of AMI's service areas have you worked?

I support AMI’s Corporate matters and am primarily focused on an ongoing client monitoring engagement for which I was integral in designing and developing a multi-million record database. I continue to maintain this database for optimal use by AMI’s data analytics team.

We know all of our team members see AMI's work from a different angle and have different perspectives on what AMI brings to the table. What aspect(s) of AMI's work are you personally most passionate?

Through our work in compliance, we help our clients ‘do good’ and continue to improve and maintain their own compliance efforts.

How do you believe your unique background affects the way you view our work, and in what ways does your personal expertise complement our services?

Meaningful progress needs reliable data. As the sole database specialist for our company, I ensure that our client’s data is easy to retrieve, query, and adjust as needed.

Based on your experiences, what would you like prospective clients to know about AMI?

AMI is staffed by a committed, intelligent, and motivated group of experts who are productive and interesting to work with.

Do you teach and/or conduct seminars, speak at conferences, serve on boards, or participate in volunteer work?

I have been a guest lecturer at Boston University, teaching database usage to students at the School of Medicine. I have also developed a unique course covering basic database principles and language for non-programmers.

What interests do you have outside of work?

I love to travel – some recent highlights include trips to Italy, Mexico, and Israel. I also love theater and classical music, particularly for the piano.
