Charlotte Cooper is a Compliance and Monitoring Associate at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (“AMI”), where she focuses on corporate and government contractor monitoring, as well as proactive corporate ethics and compliance assessments.  Prior to joining AMI, Ms. Cooper served as an active-duty Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) officer in the United States Army for five-years.  Ms. Cooper attended the Direct Commissioning Course (“DCC”) at Fort Benning, Georgia, where she later graduated from Airborne School, receiving her wings.  Following DCC, she attended the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia.  After graduating and accepting her commission, Ms. Cooper received orders to 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina where she served as an Administrative Law Attorney, a Trial Counsel (i.e., Prosecutor), a National Security Law Attorney, and a Magistrate Judge.  In holding these roles, Ms. Cooper provided objective and impartial advice to commanders, command staff, and other service members on numerous regulatory and legal matters and actions. These actions varied in subject matter and in their degree of complexity.

Ms. Cooper is a licensed member of the Tennessee State Bar. She holds a Juris Doctorate, graduated Cum Laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. . . View Full Bio
