Reyno Benjamin has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory and healthcare compliance, financial fraud and white-collar crime investigations.  He most recently managed a team of consultants that specialized in fraud investigations, compliance, market risk assessments, and bank examinations in the Fraud and Compliance Practice of Booz Allen Hamilton.  Mr. Benjamin was the task lead for the State-based Marketplace Oversight and Monitoring, Privacy and Security project for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  Some of his clients were the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, National Credit Union Administration, Bank of America, and General Electric.

As a special agent with the U.S. DOT, Office of Inspector General / Task Force with Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mr. Benjamin investigated criminal cases relating to health care fraud, financial fraud, e-commerce, money laundering, and white-collar crime.  He is skilled at evaluating evidence and preparing investigative reports.  Mr. Benjamin was appointed by the Governor’s Office in Illinois as the Assistant Director for the Division of Banking, where he created and led the investigative team.  He also served as a Senior Fraud Investigator for Freddie Mac, where he investigated mortgage fraud, reviewed complex documents, interviewed witnesses and targets, and prepared reports of investigation for management and federal agencies.
