BOSTON, May 24th, 2021 — Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (“AMI”) announced today that Cristina Revelo has joined the company as Deputy Director, Corporate Monitoring, and Compliance Services.  Ms. Revelo was instrumental in implementing and monitoring the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Program for a multinational retail corporation which was under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission for FCPA violations.

“Cristina is a great addition to our expanding White collar and compliance team.  As compliance and independent monitoring of bribery and corruption matters expands, Cristina brings her extensive experience in global compliance matters to AMI. ,” said Vincent DiCianni, President and Founder of AMI.  “She brings international experience and has conducted compliance risk assessments in 13 international markets across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, addressing many compliance subject matter areas, including privacy, health and safety, anti-corruption, and ethics.”

Ms. Revelo will be based in Chicago, increasing AMI’s presence in the Midwest. About her new role, she said, “I am thrilled to join AMI and look forward to working with our corporate clients. In my experience working on risk and compliance matters, both as a consultant and in industry, it is apparent that companies and employees want to do the right thing. Ms. Revelo has a deep background in forensic accounting services for one of the “Big Four” accounting organizations, where she honed her ability to create effective solutions to complex problems for clients in forensic investigations, risk management, third-party due diligence, corporate intelligence, and compliance monitoring program implementation. Her engagements there immersed her in the financial services industry, as well as the retail, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries. She has experience supporting global leaders with compliance business strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and training and communication.
