Auditing

In today’s complex regulatory environment, many licensed professionals find it difficult to keep track of all of the regulatory requirements that impact their business.

For healthcare practices, for example, our audit covers standards such as clinical record keeping, billing and coding for services, HIPAA record privacy and security requirements, infection control, radiological safety and patient solicitation practices.
 
Planning

Based on our assessment of your current level of compliance, we will develop a comprehensive program designed to achieve and maintain ongoing full compliance.  We will identify any gaps or problem areas and devise a program custom-tailored to your specific needs.
 
Our compliance programs include a manual containing written policies and procedures that address all regulatory requirements affecting your business, and a special Compliance Log for easy, one-step documentation of all activities related to compliance with government standards.
 
Training

Once the compliance program is developed, our staff will train you and your staff so that you have a complete understanding of how to meet all of the regulatory requirements affecting your business. 
 
We will teach you and your staff how to implement all new policies and procedures, and how to use the Compliance Log.  We will also answer any questions and provide follow-up training as needed, even after the initial engagement is completed.
 
Since regulations change often and rapidly, we will also provide your business or practice with periodic updates as needed to ensure that your compliance program remains current and effective.  We will oversee continued adherence to the compliance program as needed.
