Eric Feldman Receives James R. Baker Speaker of the Year Award

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) has named Eric Feldman, CFE, CCEP-I, the winner of the 2018 James R. Baker Speaker of the Year Award. Feldman received the award at the 29th Annual ACFE Global Fraud Conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday, June 19.

Feldman has instructed hundreds of anti-fraud professionals on behalf of the ACFE for the past six years, focusing mainly on compliance and ethics. He draws on his 32-year career with the executive and legislative branches of the federal government to teach practical ways to establish a tone at the top and create a culturally-compliant environment.

“I have known him for many years, both in his role with the U.S. government and now in the private sector,” said ACFE President and CEO Bruce Dorris, J.D., CFE, CPA. “Whether leading our contract and procurement seminar or conducting a presentation on ethics, he always leaves attendees with a wealth of knowledge.”

The Baker Award is presented annually to speakers who demonstrate the true spirit of leadership in communication, presentation and quality instruction.
