Affiliated Monitors, Inc. Announces Hiring of Jesse M. Caplan
Former Massachusetts Health and Human Services General Counsel and Antitrust Enforcer to Serve as Managing Director, Corporate Oversight
BOSTON, May 8, 2018 – Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (AMI) today announced the hiring of Jesse M. Caplan as Managing Director, Corporate Oversight. Caplan was most recently the General Counsel for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services.

Caplan will be based in Boston, MA, increasing AMI’s presence in New England. In the public sector, Caplan has held an impressive array of leadership positions with government regulatory and enforcement agencies, including: General Counsel of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services; Chief of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Consumer Protection and Antitrust Division; Attorney General of the Republic of Palau; and Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. In the private sector, Caplan was a partner at Epstein Becker & Green, a national healthcare law firm, while also serving as Chief Legal Counsel for Fallon Health, a Massachusetts not-for-profit HMO.
